​We believe that cultural experiences and access is what not only sets people apart but sets them up for success in future endeavors. However, because of circumstances often beyond their control, minority youth are unable to experience certain culture inspired activities, and we strive to change that. As environmental and financial conditions permit, we try to provide our participants with at least four cultural excursions per year, both within Charlotte and beyond. From the African American Museum to mountain and beach vacations, our participants get to experience life beyond the bounds of the everyday hustle and bustle they are used to.
